This family run business is located at Lio Piccolo, the oldest and historical borough of the Cavallino-Treporti coastline. The orchards have been cultivated for generations by the family Vianello, called Boscarei, in the form of sharecropping farming. In 1994 after acquiring the orchards and a small fish farm we decided to venture in the farm-restaurant business.
The local grown produce, fresh vegetables and extensive farmed fish are at the base of our traditional cuisine. The family traditional recipes bound to the territory are the strength of our enterprise. A special mention goes to some local products such as the purple artichoke, the “Asparegelle montine” a type of local asparagus ,the Jujubes here are very appreciated, and again sea breams, sea bass, eels, Moeche (soft-shell crabs) and Masanete (female crabs), and obviously everything is served from farm-to-table.
